We offer a flexible MOQ policy, especially for newly established partnerships. We can support both small trial orders and large-scale project orders. The specific MOQ can be discussed and adjusted according to the actual needs of your project.

For furniture orders, we generally do not provide complete finished-product samples. However, we can provide material samples, such as fabric, leather, wood samples, and other finishes, so that you can confirm the material quality and finish before formal production.

If you already have preferred furniture styles, please provide product images, preferred quality grade, materials, dimensions, and any other relevant details.

If you have not yet finalized a specific design, we can also provide tailor-made furniture solutions. In this case, please share your design concept, floor plans, or elevation drawings so that we can prepare a quotation accordingly.

As sea freight is generally more cost-effective, we mainly use sea shipping for international shipments. For urgent orders, we can also arrange air freight upon request.

Material confirmation: around 1 week

Technical drawing preparation and confirmation: 1–2 weeks

Production: around 45 days

International shipping: 35–45 days, depending on the destination

We have a dedicated quality control team responsible for monitoring every stage of the production process. Before packaging and shipment, we will provide quality inspection videos, photos, and inspection reports.

In addition, we can arrange third-party inspection services upon request.

We warmly welcome factory visits. Please contact us in advance to schedule your visit. We can also arrange transportation and pick-up service if needed.

We recommend reviewing our real product photos and, when possible, physical material samples, as they provide a more accurate representation of texture and quality.

We provide a one-year after-sales service. Please note that returns or replacements are only accepted for confirmed quality issues.

Loose furniture: Installation is not included. Clients are responsible for on-site assembly.

Built-in furniture: We can provide remote installation guidance, including manuals, drawings, or video instructions. On-site technical support can be arranged upon request (1–2 technicians), subject to project conditions and safety considerations.

We mainly operate under FOB (Free On Board) terms. Other terms such as CIF or DDP can also be discussed based on your project requirements.
