Shanghai, China, Lakeville

Lakeville at Xintiandi represents the pinnacle of high-end luxury residences in downtown Shanghai, blending exquisite international taste with elegant Shanghai-style charm.

We adopt a contemporary luxury style that balances modern sophistication and warm residential comfort, using smooth and elegant lines, noble and restrained color palettes, and a refined mix of premium wood, leather, textiles and metal finishes.

We focus on elegant spatial proportions, ergonomic comfort and subtle texture expression, matching the project’s spacious open layout, high-standard interior decoration and superior landscape views.

The overall design is luxurious but not ostentatious, stylish yet warm, highly matching the project’s landmark status as a top urban residence, and fully interpreting the exclusive, refined and cosmopolitan living temperament of the city center.
